A Little About Me

I grew up on family farmland in rural Northern California, surrounded by redwood forests, open meadows, and the melodic chorus of birdsong. I have always held a deep love for nature, and it remains one of my greatest sources of inspiration. As a child, I spent my days picking wildflowers, foraging for blackberries, and admiring wild mushrooms beneath the redwood trees.

Alongside my love of nature, I draw inspiration from folk art, antique textiles, victorian ephemera, music, really old books, and my children. I love painting all things floral, creating charming characters, and exploring color. My artwork finds its way into everyday life, appearing on fabric, book covers, home décor, puzzles, crafts, children’s toys, charming paper goods, and so much more.
